Human Sacrifice in Ancient Peru - November 12, 2009

Utah Valley University assistant professor of anthropology Haagen Klaus and his students analyzed the bodies from 2008-2009. They studied each sacrifice victim down to the finest biological and forensic details – uncovering how they lived, how they died, and why they were so violently sacrificed. What the UVU team found has never been encountered in over a century of Andean archaeology. Presented by Dr. Haagen Klaus, Behavioral Science Department.
